Because he bends down to listen, I will pray as long as I
have breath! (Psalm 116:2 NLT)

Petén, Guatemala

Harvesters Ministries

Prayed for 12 times.

The church in this city is challenged by idolatry, witchcraft, drug trafficking, a life of lust but despite the difficult circumstances, we praise God for new churches that could already be planted in the area. Thank you for continuing to pray for these courageous men and women of God who face challenges and adversity every day; but they have the passion and commitment to continue expanding God’s Kingdom in Peten.

Southeast Asia

Harvesters Ministries

Prayed for 14 times.

Pray with us that leaders in Southeast Asia will continue to have renewed passion to see every community reached with the Gospel. They understand that the source of life for a new church is Christ, not human effort and that multiplication is built into the living water…

“… but whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give them will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life.” John 4:14

A prayer of gratitude

Harvesters Ministries

Prayed for 31 times.

Dear friends.

Today we praise God for a blessed Legacy Conference this week and for an extraordinary Gala dinner last night in which we could celebrate God and His goodness and guidance through all these years.

🙌We praise God for our founder and president, Steven Loots. We thank God for Steven’s leadership in persuing the God-given vision of Harvesters Ministries so faithfully and we thank Him with expectant hearts for the next chapter with Francois Rauch as our CEO.

🙌We thank God for bestowing travel mercies and where challenges arose, for protecting and giving strength and calm in those moments.

🙌And we praise God for all of YOU, our faithful prayer warriors, those who could join us in person and everyone else, for your faithful intercession. We cannot do this work without your prayers.

May God richly bless you

Guatemala

Harvesters Ministries

Prayed for 30 times.

Our Regional Director for Central America writes: “For the glory of God, I share with you what God allowed during the training of 22 pastors in Phase E (New Testament Survey) in Coatepeque, on the Mexican border. The border with Mexico has become more dangerous every day due to drug trafficking, violence, death, and prostitution. Pastors in this region face spiritual oppression and challenges daily. But thank God that during these days of training, the pastors were strengthened, focused, and challenged by the Holy Spirit to continue working for the Kingdom of God and planting churches. For the glory of God, 26 new churches were planted.”

Please continue to pray for our pastors in Coatepeque. Thank you!

Praise God with us for being able to complete Phase B training (Pastoring a Church of the Harvesters Bible School curriculum) amidst some conflict that broke out in the town where the training was taking place. We thank God for His protection and provision and that all attendees were able to return home safely after the training sessions. Pray with us that God through His Holy Spirit will continue to strengthen and encourage our student pastors to keep on with their studies, discipling people and planting many churches.

Disciple Makers in South Africa

Harvesters Ministries

Prayed for 57 times.

We are tremendously grateful for the recent Disciple Makers Course conducted in Parow, Cape Town. The Lord blessed this gathering in powerful ways:

Transformed Lives: We received encouraging feedback about a young person who testified that the course helped him discover his place and ministry calling. He is now on fire with passion to make disciples and live out the Great Commission.

Strengthened Leadership: The pastor of the local congregation shared how the course strengthened their vision and brought greater alignment for their upcoming church planting initiatives in their area. This testimony speaks to God’s heart for multiplication and expansion of His kingdom.

Praise God us for His faithfulness in using this ministry to equip and empower His people for disciple-making.
